Notes
Width = height × 9 ÷ 16. A 1920-tall export is 1080 wide.
Keep faces and captions out of the top and bottom 250px. Platform chrome sits there.
If you only have a 16:9 master, do not stretch it. Recrop to 9:16 or accept letterbox bars.
